My parked Mercedes got hit by a municipal trolley. It bent the frame and an axel, but the insurance didn't total it. I thought it would never be right again. In very short time, they had it looking and driving like new. You can't even tell it was ever in an accident. Paint matched flawlessly. It's horrible when your car gets hit, but everyone was so nice and helpful throughout the entire repair process. If I ever get in a mess like that again, I definitely know who to go to.
